Cancellation and Return: After the shipment leaves the customer, cancellation, exchange or refund will be made in accordance with our return policy. Refusal to receive a package or failure to respond to the courier voids the right to a refund. Customers who refuse to receive a package will not be entitled to a credit or compensation.
