Deliveries

Shipping fees: Shipping fees will be added to the price of the items listed on the site and will apply to delivery to a single address, even in the case of ordering multiple items.
Processing and shipping times:
  • Order Processing: Due to high order volume, order processing may take between 1-3 business days.
  • Shipping within Israel: Shipments are made from our warehouse abroad, and estimated delivery times are between 5-14 business days.
Shipping confirmation: After confirming the order by email, you will receive another notification when the order has been processed and is ready for shipping.
Definition of "Business Day": Sunday through Thursday, excluding holiday eves, holidays, and Sabbath days.
Responsibility for shipping: Sense-Nature is not responsible for delays resulting from the activities of shipping companies and will not provide compensation for such delays. Likewise, the company will not be responsible for delays resulting from events beyond its control, such as strikes, communication system failures, hostilities, force majeure, etc.
Verification of user information upon delivery: Delivery of products may be conditional on presentation of an ID card and order confirmation number, at the discretion of the site operator.
Cancellation and Return: After the shipment leaves the customer, cancellation, exchange or refund will be made in accordance with our return policy. Refusal to receive a package or failure to respond to the courier voids the right to a refund. Customers who refuse to receive a package will not be entitled to a credit or compensation. In special cases, the company may consider a credit, from which the costs of shipping, clearing and returning the package will be deducted.
Correct Address and Lost Shipments: To ensure proper delivery of your package, please ensure that you enter an accurate and complete address at the time of purchase. Sense-Nature is not responsible for lost or misdelivered shipments due to incorrect address entry.
Shipping Delays: Shipping may be delayed during peak periods, such as November and December, especially during Black Friday and Cyber ​​Monday. During these periods, normal delivery times are not guaranteed.
Security Situation and Delays: Due to the security situation in Israel, there may be delays in deliveries beyond our control. We do everything in our power to ensure that deliveries reach our customers, but we have no control over developments that may cause delays.
